I an not sure why but this place, Provincetown, MA, is spectacular.  I am comfortable here.  I was comfortable like this in NYC, when I lived there five or six years ago.  I am learning more about me.  It is a beautiful day, sunny, hot and humid.  The ocean was stellar today.  I was at Race Point Beach and it was so cool and comfortable.  I am finally and old geezer.  I can go to the National Parks anywhere at no cost now.  It is frickin' great.  I am in love with the National Seashore of Cape Cod.  Walking, biking and photographing is out of this world.  Thank God that dude in Key Largo didn't kill me when he hit me. My life is just beginning.  Going to a reading of Angels in America tonight at the P'town theater.  Should be wonderful.

Garage sales, flowers, and a terrific day today.  I am home.

What a day...  Did a workout session at the gym, biked and had hot coffee and banana bread breakfast.  Went to Truro to get info on the Castle Hill Art Center.  Terrific place--and reasonable.  It's half the cost of FAWC in P'town.  I will find a way to get involved. A class is offered on photographing whales and taking whale watch trips for two days. Sounds perfect to me.

Went to Wellfleet and Marconi Beach for the afternoon.  Absolutely incredible.  Surfers and only about 8 people were there.  Took pics and savored the moment.  Met a cool dude from Orleans, Tim.  We chatted a while and he needed sunscreen.  Sunscreen is my middle name.  We bonded over the lotion.  Handsome dude and very cool.  Went home , biked a while and had a martini at Fanizzi's.  A very good day.

I am here in Provincetown, MA.  The weather has been spectacular.  My friends have been here for the past four days and it has been great.  We have eaten and been drinking our way through the weekend.  FUN.  We wore moustashes while shopping and met a ton of people.  Who would have thought that this would be the best way to meet people.  A little whisker hair, huh.  And to think most people spend scads of time paying to remove lip hair. Funny.  I will follow up with more info on my daily experiences here.  I am just beginning to see what is here and how magnificently beautiful the place is ... More to follow...

If I see one more person texting and driving, I will scream.  It is the worst thing that you can do.  I have had three accidents in three years, all due to texting and driving, I believe.  Please stop before you kill someone.

I am decluttering and trying to find a place to live in Provincetown, MA, for the summer. Neither is an easy task.  I will continue to work at it.

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day to you. Do something nice for someone today even if you are not in love. You will be a better person for helping someone and you will feel good about

helping someone. I got my cat some catnip and he is so grateful. I feel good and believe me, so does he.

Driving a horrible rental car until my car is repaired. I feel like wearing clown make up every time I get in it. Hopefully, this rental will not be need for long. If one more person hits me while I am innocently driving down the road, I will scream. This is the second time someone has blasted me in two months. No one in Oneida County can drive. I think they are aiming for me. What a pain in the neck--literally!

Going to see The Artist tonight. Hope it is as good as the hype.

This is a fabulous day. I just got a ticket to Syracuse vs UConn for today's game. My brother got me the ticket. Awesome.

I am cheering already. I love college basketball, especially when Syracuse is involved.

Saw the local production of "Copenhagen," last night. It was very well presented. Peter Loftus is a classy guy and a very good actor.

The presentation was at The Other Side gathering place. Only about 90 people fit into that area. I felt like I was one of the actors.

Saw my good friend Father Arthur last night too. He was at The Hadley having dinner with a friend. It was great to see him. He is planning a cruise for

October or November. I hope to go with his group.

It's my life and I love living it. Look out for me!

What a beautiful day! I am not working today. Thank God. It will be a day of Yoga, swimming, visiting and learning about my new Kindle Fire. Oh, and a play, Copenhagen tonight. I am one lucky

girl. No one enjoys a day off more than me. Onward!

Kindle Fire

It's Wednesday, Feb. 8, and I am on fire, Kindle Fire, that is.  This little machine is freaking great.  I am in process of getting a router.  I am queen of the world and I am on Fire.  Never put out my kindle fire....

Kevin Spacey

I saw the play, Richard III, at Brooklyn Academy of Music, on Saturday, Feb.  5, 2012.  I know why Kevin Spacey is such a revered actor.  The performance was absolutely outstanding.  I drove five hours to  theater and five hours back home and it was worth all the effort.  See this play.  Sam Mendes was the director.  Clearly, Spacey and Mendes have a long association that began with the film American Beauty. The graphics and simple elegance of the sets was outstanding.

If you can see Richard III, do it.  It was the best play I have seen since Moon for the Misbegotten over four years ago.
